Driveway parking is partially shaded and holds up to 6 vehicles. Bring your bicycle if you want another option for getting around town without having to find parking.

OBX Landing is located at MP 7.5 off the traffic stoplight at the intersection of Landing Drive and Route 158. Home is located between the beach roads across from the Lowes parking lot.

FROM the WEST: OBX Landing is about 20 minutes from the West Bridge (Mann's Harbor/Manteo) via S Croatan Hwy
FROM the NORTH: OBX Landing is 15 minutes from the North Bridge (Point Harbor) via Croatan Hwy.

Norfolk International Airport (ORF) is 85 miles (90 minutes) away (No Toll route is available)

8 adults sleep comfortably in 4 bedrooms (K, K, Q, Q) .
If you wish to bring or rent a pack and play for additional infants and toddlers, there is plenty of space.
The sofa bed is available for teens upon request and MAX occupancy for all guests is 12.

House Rules

RULES: We truly value your willingness and cooperation in helping to keep our home clean, safe and not damaged in any way. Completing the reservation acknowledges you have read and agree to our house rules.

1. Only the individual who booked the reservation can check-in into the home unless a prior arrangement or acknowledgement from the host has been made. Extra overnight guests other than those indicated on the booking reservation are not allowed. Unregistered overnight guests will be charged a $200/guest per night fee. Max septic capacity is 10 people.

2. Property is NON SMOKING and NON VAPING and an additional $750 ozone cleaning fee will be assessed for any smoking.

3. The property is for residential use only and no parties are permitted. If you host a party with unregistered guests you will be charged a $500 additional cleaning fee and you will be asked to vacate the property immediately.

4. PETS are allowed with pet fee. Max of 2 animals per reservation. Please clean up after your pet and keep them on a leash at all times per local ordinances.

5. Early check in may be available with prior arrangement from the host.

6. Late checkouts are not allowed unless a prior arrangement has been made with the host. An additional $50 will be assessed for every 30 minutes past check out time and after 2 hours of holding the property past the indicated check out time, the guest will be assessed a full night fee.

7. Any violation of house rules is grounds for immediate termination of the reservation without refund.

8. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment.

Payment Policy

Refunds are issued net of merchant fees (3%) charged by the payment processor Stripe.

Refundable Damage Deposit

$600 security deposit required and refundable within 7 days of check out.

Cancellation Policy

Reservation is fully refundable for 48 hours after booking when checkin at least 14 days in advance. Reservation is non refundable when cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival.
